This Privacy Policy explains how OmniTek Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or use iSync Manager for Windows ("the Software").
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. We retain a record of your order, including the order number generated for software activation. If you submit a trouble ticket or feedback, we store the content of your submission along with your account information so we can respond.
How We Use Information

Software Usage Data
iSync Manager reads data from your connected iPhone or Android device -- such as text messages, call history, voicemails, photos, and contacts -- so you can view, search, export, and print it from your PC. This data is processed locally on your computer; OmniTek Software LLC does not receive, store, or have access to the contents of your messages, calls, voicemails, photos, or contacts on our servers. Basic license activation data (your order number and device activation status) may be validated against our servers to confirm your license is genuine.
If you choose to enable live Contacts sync, the Software connects directly from your computer to your iCloud or Google account using credentials you provide (an Apple app-specific password, or Google OAuth sign-in) to read and write your contacts. Those credentials and any contact data involved in that sync are sent directly between your computer and Apple's or Google's servers -- they do not pass through or get stored by OmniTek Software LLC.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with service providers strictly to operate this website and process payments (for example, our payment processor and hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services.
Data Retention
We retain account, order, ticket, and feedback records for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate need to retain order records for licensing and legal purposes.
