Payment & Shipping Policy

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer invoicing or delayed payment for standard orders.

We accept the following payment methods:

For customers who prefer to pay in installments, we also offer Afterpay and Zip at checkout, subject to those providers' own eligibility requirements and terms.

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, purchase orders, or ACH debits.

Delivery / "Shipping"

iSync Manager is a digital download -- there is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, your order number and download link are made available immediately in My Account, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on file. No physical item is mailed or shipped to you.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and our supported payment partners (including the buy-now-pay-later providers listed above). We do not receive or store your full card number.
